Pratt 7. 1/2" Scroll Plate

7. 1/2"  Pratt Old Type Chuck, that's very old pre Pratt & Burnerd.
 
  From a Type 78 Chuck but should fit type 58 Pratt all steel chuck.
  Scroll Plate for Pinon to Jaws Drive.
