  That's pre Pratt & Burnerd, Burnerd Chucks. Very Old & Obsolete.
  11" & 12"   3 Jaw Scroll Chucks -

  Original Set with Matching Serial Numbers.
  Used and good, undamaged but have been badly rusted from storage.
  Have cleaned up very well and won't effect the use.
